This 3‑day immersion retreat at Arulville invites you into a space where the conscious body becomes the guide for wellness, progress, and evolution. This edition places special emphasis on collective practice — exploring deeper body work together, sensing together, and learning together — while also receiving individual guidance to ensure each participant is truly entering the physical & subtle body, natural alignment, inner surrender, and deeper states of receptivity.
Across the three days, participants will engage in experiential practices that awaken awareness in the body’s subtle regions, trace sensations to their roots, dissolve old patterns, and open the inner gesture of the body into equanimity and higher consciousness. The retreat integrates deeper body work, yogic sadhana, subtle body discovery, and connection to Divine Sources — supporting the body to become a clear, aligned, and receptive field of transformation.
