A 3 day residential workshop to explore the deeper potential of our body’s matter and substance. The body is like a sponge and by habit it absorbs emotional, energetic and thoughts entanglements. We learn to release these and open the body to Universal, Cosmic, Nature or Divine Qualities of Light, Joy, Peace, Flow, Harmony, Beauty and the like. We heal and transform ourselves at the level of body, emotions, energy, thoughts and memories. We prepare ourselves to embrace the New Creation unfolding now in this world
