In this section we will take select classical yogic practices of asanas, pranayama, mudras, bandhas etc. and share how to bring deeper body work within it. The aim is for our body to become more healthy, flexible, supple and strong. And at the same time through dynamic practices our body learns to become aware of its breath flow, more conscious of energetic entanglements present within, ways to purify and release these limitations, connects to Universal Sources of Vastness, Joy, Peace, Light and many more, and allows all these to become more present within body leading to progressive inner wellbeing.
