Deeper Body Practices
Through various workshops and retreats, subtle inner practices have been emerging that lends support to the transformation of our body, sensations, energies, emotions, thoughts, memories. These also enable us to connect to many Divine Sources accessible to us. These practices are subtle and directly touch the part of our body that is being worked upon. Transformation means that within each of the parts we learn to take our awareness in, open the body part that is holding these experiences to a Divine Source ‘near’, ‘above’, ‘surround’ and ‘at the depth’, slowly receiving nourishing higher qualities within the body and its very depth.
