This is for those who are doing some sadhana or inner practices from any path and wish to go deeper. Our noisy mind needs to be changed. Our thoughts need to be assigned useful roles. Our emotional stickiness needs to become transparent. The psychic soul’s whispers need to be heard. Senses need to be purified and offered. Memories need to be transformed to hold higher charge. All this becomes easier when we include the body in our sadhana. In this retreat we learn to drop our awareness within the body, shift the body’s habit of holding on to entanglements, re-habituate the body to turn to pure matter at depth and consciousness above, and wait to receive and be infilled with higher qualities. All these are possible when our connection with Source Consciousness becomes living, tangible and surrendered to. All these get enhanced when your psychic soul comes forward to lead your lives.
When a few of our practice these together it becomes easier for all of us. This is the focus and the retreat experience. The retreat supports you in the areas of healing, inner transformation, spiritual deepening, flow in life and work, authenticity in family life and living with the joy of doing micro practices with micro awareness.

The entire summer camp is based on games, experiential discovery sessions, quiet reflection time, and communication — all designed to help each participant discover and express their self. The camp supports the young adult who is ready to walk into life, equipping them with a deeper discovery of their self, their potentials, and their natural gifts.
It helps them face the challenges of the teenage years and supports them in discovering the art of sustainable and holistic living.
This is a residential summer camp in Arulville, nestled just off the East Coast Road, along the route from Chennai to Puducherry.
