- First take for practice a simple mantra like OM, AUM or MAA
- Take your awareness deep within your body and feel its substance
- Feel your breath flowing through the substance of your body
- Now chant your small mantra and feel its vibration
- Keep it chanting for some time and stay with the vibrations and feel it stirring the substance or matter of your body
- Continue the practice from time to time for a few seconds with eyes open, alongside your regular works
This is very effective way to control/regulate the thought process.
