Feel the vibrations of your mantra

  • First take for practice a simple mantra like OM, AUM or MAA
  • Take your awareness deep within your body and feel its substance
  • Feel your breath flowing through the substance of your body
  • Now chant your small mantra and feel its vibration
  • Keep it chanting for some time and stay with the vibrations and feel it stirring the substance or matter of your body
  • Continue the practice from time to time for a few seconds with eyes open, alongside your regular works
